What data is collected

When you fill out a form on this site, only what you type into it is collected: your name, email, website URL, WhatsApp number if you provide one, and a description of what you want to achieve. This is used only to reply to you and deliver the service, nothing more.

No personal data is collected through page links or their query strings, and this site carries no undisclosed third-party tracking pixels.

Analytics

The site uses aggregated analytics to see which pages get the most visits and where visitors drop off. IP addresses are always anonymised, and consent defaults to declined until you choose otherwise.

Payment

Your card details never touch this website. Card payment happens on the payment gateway’s own page, through a secure link.

Refund policy

The Digital Presence Audit: no refunds. Payment is final on order confirmation, because work begins within hours of payment and is custom to your specific site, not stock that can be returned. The client keeps the complete report and the right to carry it out with anyone they choose regardless.

Ownership of deliverables

Everything produced for you belongs to you: the reports, the content, and access to any account created in your name. All of it stays fully yours even if the engagement ends.

What is not promised

No guarantee is given for any specific search ranking, or for appearing or being cited inside any AI engine. These are systems where placement is not sold and the ranking logic is not published, and whose answers change from one session to the next. What is guaranteed is the diagnosis, execution and documented measurement defined in each service’s scope.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask for it to be fully deleted, at any time. Send your request to the email below, and it will be handled within thirty days.
