The Digital Presence Audit · Arabic-first

Right now, someone is searching for what you sell, and finding your competitor instead. Seven days from now, you will know exactly why, and exactly what wins them back.

I am not selling you a score out of 100. I am selling you a clear diagnosis: where demand leaks, who takes it instead, and what deserves fixing first. You get one ranked report, not a warning list with no context.

What you gain

A clear diagnosis of what is slowing enquiries, not a score with no explanation.

How it arrives

A written report, a ranked action plan, and a walkthrough call that closes the loop.

Best for

Gulf businesses already spending on growth but still unclear on what is actually working.

7 business days, $600, and the full product from day one: no contract after it and no hidden bigger package later.

Real output

This is a real audit scorecard, not a mockup

Fourteen channels, each scored out of a hundred, weakest first. These numbers came out of an audit that actually ran, and carry no domain or logo, which is why they can be shown without a client’s permission.

I work on these properties inside Dar Al Sharq, not as an outside agency. Stated plainly because the difference matters, and because what actually counts for you is that the work is documented and checkable.

The problem

Three problems I hear from almost every business

If one of these sounds familiar, the problem is usually not low spend but missing diagnosis. A score alone cannot tell you what is delaying enquiries, what needs fixing now, or what can wait. The report starts there.

A grid of dim grey data points, with one small cluster glowing violet and coral near the center

Invisible in Arabic search

You show up in English and vanish in Arabic. Half your market searches in the language you are absent from, and the Arabic version you paid for brings nobody.

Absent from AI answers

Your buyer asks ChatGPT for the best option available and gets three names that do not include yours. And not one report tells you this is happening.

You cannot verify your SEO works

You pay monthly and receive reports full of completed tasks. But nobody can tell you in one sentence whether enquiries went up because of the work.

Measure before you promise

Understand how your business appears before trying to improve it.

AI is not a fixed ranking table, and there is no switch that guarantees visibility. The audit starts by recording real buyer questions, what engines and sources show on the day of measurement, then identifies what can be improved on your site and in your digital footprint.

What sets this apart

Four things that are hard to find together anywhere else

Four overlapping report sheets fanned out, each with a violet or coral tab, the front one brightest
01

Arabic-first, not translated

I write Arabic, research in it, and read what your customer actually types: MSA, Gulf colloquial and Arabizi. Most of my competitors for this work cannot read an Arabic SERP at all.

02

Native to the Arabic-speaking market

I know how people search in Arabic, which local directories matter in each market, and how to run diagnosis and delivery directly with your team.

03

Grounded in data, not opinion

Every recommendation traces back to audit data and real search results. I run my own audit pipeline to gather it, but what matters to you is the output: an impact-ordered list, not tool screenshots.

04

Ready for AI answers

I measure your presence across five AI engines alongside your Google rankings, and tell you plainly where this work pays off and where it is still early.

The straight comparison

Why work with me instead of a typical agency?

An agency can be the right choice, but layered delivery slows the truth down. Here you deal with the person who audits, writes, and delivers, which is why the report arrives in seven days and every conclusion has a clear owner behind it.

What you receive

Three things arrive, not one promise

What arrives is not a tool dump. It is a decision-ready package: what is happening, why it is happening, and what to start with first.

The document

A report your manager can read and your developer can execute

A fast opening section gives you the score, the competitive picture, and the shape of the plan, then a detailed section covers each channel with evidence. Charts come from your data, and every item is written for both a manager and the person implementing it.

The walkthrough

A call where we go through it together

I do not send the file and disappear. We go through it together, you ask anything, and you leave with a clear starting list. The call can be recorded for anyone who needs to revisit it.

The ownership

The report is yours, and anyone can execute it

The report is fully yours. Execute it with me, with your team, or with someone else. Nothing is hidden to force you back, and nothing depends on accounts in my name.

If you want to see the format before paying, I can walk you through a complete anonymised report from a nearby sector on a call.

Exactly what the audit covers

Pricing

One service. One price. No guesswork.

The price is public because ambiguity helps nobody. No hidden tiers, and no subscription waiting behind the audit.

The cost of waiting

Delay has a price here, though it never shows up on an invoice

There is no need for a countdown here. If your buyer's Arabic search is happening today and you still do not have the right page, the cost of waiting has already started. The points below show where that cost leaks and what changes once you see the truth.

  1. 01

A competitor is publishing in Arabic while you read this

Every month you wait, someone else publishes the page answering your buyer's question. The one who arrives early and maintains it is the one who stays visible.

Try it nowOpen Google and type what you sell in Arabic, the way your buyer types it, not what you call it internally. See who fills the first three results: those are pages somebody wrote during the months you postponed.

  2. 02

You know where to spend, and where to stop

Usually only a few fixes create most of the gain, and the rest can wait. The report separates the two before you spend another dollar.

  3. 03

You stop paying in the dark

The real shift is walking into the next meeting able to say what is working, what is not, and why. That clarity alone stops months of blind spending.

That is why there is no timer on the page: waiting is already the cost, and the test can be run right now on your own business.

After you order

From order to report: four steps, nothing more

You choose how to pay, I confirm the start date, you fill a short form about your site, market and competitors, then the report lands within seven business days and we walk through it on a call.

  • No contract afterward, no commitment to any other service.
  • The report is yours: carry it out with me or with anyone you choose.
  • One payment, for one clearly scoped piece of work.
  • I deliver it myself within seven business days, no team standing in for me.

Before you buy

What everyone asks before getting in touch

And what will fixing whatever you find cost me?
This is the most important question on the page, and most people selling an audit never answer it. The answer: most critical items are developer hours, not a new invoice, things like settings, schema, speed and internal links, done by whoever already runs your site in days rather than months. The items that need real spend are new content, and those are always optional and always deferrable. That is why the plan is ranked by impact against effort rather than by fault count: cheap high-impact items come first. And if the report lands bigger than your budget, I tell you on the call which three items alone make most of the difference, and you ignore the rest with a clear conscience.
How long until I see results?
Technical fixes show within weeks. Content and rankings typically need three to six months to produce a result you can base a business decision on. Anyone promising position one in thirty days is selling you a fantasy.
How much does working with you cost?
$600, one fixed, published price on the audit's own page: no surprises, and no contact form to get through before you see the number.
Do you really work in Arabic, or use a translator?
I write and research in Arabic myself, read Arabic search results, and understand the difference between what a Gulf user types into a search box and what appears in official brochures. The Arabic version of this site is written, not translated, and it is the primary version, not the afterthought.
I am one person with a small budget. Is this for me?
If your site is under ten pages, possibly not, and I will say so plainly on the call. Otherwise, the audit is the whole thing you get, and you execute it yourself or with your developer; there is no bigger retainer waiting after it.
Is there a contract or commitment after the audit?
No. One payment for one piece of work. You take the report and execute it yourself, with your developer, or with any agency you choose: nothing is locked to my name and nothing follows it.
How do I arrange payment?
Payment is handled by secure link. If you need help before paying, message me on WhatsApp and I will follow up.
Do you guarantee I appear in ChatGPT?
No, and nobody can. These engines do not sell placements, do not publish their logic, and their answers vary between sessions. What I guarantee is documented measurement before and after, so you know exactly what moved.
I already work with an agency. Does this conflict?
It does not conflict at all. It is often exactly why people order it. An independent report tells you whether your agency is actually working or sending you activity reports with no result, and you execute what it finds with them or with anyone else. The audit does not replace anyone. It just tells you the truth.

Start by knowing the truth

A fixed price, 7 business days, and delivery from me personally. If you want a call before buying, thirty minutes is enough for me to tell you plainly whether the audit fits.
